Shipping & pickup. A flat $5.99 CAD by Canada Post to anywhere in Canada, whatever size you order — or free if you pick up locally (just mention it when you order). Each tag is printed to order and shipped within 3–5 business days of payment, then usually arrives within 2–5 business days. Shipping outside Canada is available on request — ask for a quote.
How ordering works. There is no checkout on this site. Send a message through the contact form with the size, colour and your pet's details. We confirm everything by email, then send a PayPal invoice. Printing starts once payment clears, and the tag ships from Canada.
